The Yamaha YCL-CSVR clarinet is the result of years of development dedicated to a clearly focused concept: crafting a Custom clarinet that has a beautiful sound, consistent quality and an affordable price. The CS series has a shorter and narrower inner bore taper than the SE series followed by a longer straight section which allows the clarinet to deliver a straight, concentrated and clear tone.
A number of significant changes have been made to the instrument's design, including a new ergonomically designed extended C#/G# key and thicker silver plating on the keys, allowing Yamaha to deliver a clarinet that meets the high standards of today's performers.
