The Buffet Crampon RC clarinet offers a little more flexibility than the R13 while its exclusive bore gives the clarinet a sweeter sound. The overall intonation of the instrument has been enhanced to better adapt to the ever increasing demands of the musician. The warm, centred tone, enhanced projection, and its evenness of response and intonation will give pure satisfaction to musicians aspiring to a professional level.
The RC model, already the world reference, received a redesign in 2014, benefitting from ten years of acoustical research and development.
The Buffet RC clarinet is supplied in a hard case with two barrels (65/66mm). Also included is a Buffet mouthpiece cap and ligature, pull through, cork grease and a sample reed.
A mouthpiece is no longer supplied with this model.
